Terms of Service and End-User Agreement for Dancely AI AI Video Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Dancely AI AI ("we", "our", or "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, or using our generative video services, APIs, and studio interfaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Platform Services & AI Content Generation

Dancely AI AI provides next-generation generative video tools powered by the ByteDance Seedance 2.0 & 2.5 architecture, including text-to-video synthesis, image animation, multi-reference conditioning, video extension, and inpainting.

  • Non-Deterministic Outputs: You acknowledge that artificial intelligence outputs are generative and probabilistic by nature. Output quality and continuity may vary depending on prompt complexity.
  • Commercial Licensing: Paid subscribers and credit pack purchasers receive full, worldwide commercial rights to use, monetize, distribute, and broadcast their rendered video and audio outputs.
  • Fair Usage & System Integrity: You agree not to reverse-engineer, systematically scrape, or deploy automated bots against our inference cluster without an Enterprise API agreement.

3. Account Security & Credits

  • Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
  • Service credits represent digital consumption units for computational GPU rendering time and do not hold monetary cash value outside of the Platform.
  • Any attempt to exploit promotional credits through automated account creation will result in immediate termination.

4. Prohibited Content

You agree not to generate, upload, or disseminate:

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes violating individual likeness rights.
  • Content depicting violence, hate speech, unlawful harassment, or child endangerment.
  • Intellectual property infringing on third-party trademarks or proprietary characters without authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dancely AI AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service downtime or render latency.
