Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Automatic Credit Protection

We understand that AI video rendering depends on complex neural networks.

• Automated Render Failure Refunds: If a generation job fails due to GPU cluster timeouts, server errors, or system exceptions, your credits are instantly and automatically returned to your account balance.

2. Subscription Cancellations

• You can cancel recurring subscriptions at any time with 1 click in your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the next billing date. You retain full access to all remaining credits until the conclusion of your current billing period.

3. Subscription & Credit Pack Refund Requests

• Because GPU compute cycles are expended in real-time during generative synthesis, payments are generally non-refundable once credits have been substantially consumed.
• However, if you purchase a plan or credit pack and experience persistent technical unavailability within 7 days of purchase while having consumed less than 20% of the purchased credits, you are eligible for a full refund.
