• Account Data: When registering via OAuth or email, we collect your email address, display name, and avatar.
• Input Media & Prompts: We temporarily store text prompts, uploaded reference images, and source videos strictly for the purpose of executing the generation pipeline.
• Analytics & Cookies: Standard operational cookies for session authentication and anonymous telemetry to enhance server load balancing.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To process and render your requested video generation tasks.
• To maintain your account balance, transaction records, and generation history.
• No Training on Private User Uploads: We do not use your private uploaded reference photos or proprietary video clips to train public foundation models without your explicit written consent.

3. Storage and Data Retention

• Rendered outputs in your My Creations gallery are retained in secure cloud storage for your convenience. You may permanently delete your assets at any time.
• Payment details are processed directly by certified third-party merchant providers (Stripe, Creem, PayPal) with PCI-DSS compliance. We never store full credit card numbers on our servers.

4. International Data Transfers & Compliance

We adhere to standard GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy standards. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent erasure of your personal data by contacting our Data Protection Officer at support@dancely.ai.
